Vincent is licensed to practice law in the State of Connecticut, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the State of New York and the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut.
He is an attorney with significant experience in residential and commercial real estate (including IRC §1031 tax deferred exchanges), estate planning, business succession, elder planning, and probate administration. He lectures throughout Connecticut on Medicaid (Title XIX) and estate planning issues. He lectures in seminars such as: "Don't Die with your Assets," "The Tax Tsunami," "The Sandwich Generation," and "The Red Flag Seminar - Things You Need to Know About Your Wealth That Lawyers Don't Always Discuss" as well as various other estate planning and same-sex marriage issues. He also has presented on sophisticated estate planning and business succession topics to legal bars and business organizations. He has been interviewed on television and the radio about same-sex marriage issues pertaining to estate planning, pet trusts and various other estate planning matters. Additionally, Vincent has published articles on pet trusts and advanced estate planning techniques involving tax loopholes.
